I wanted to make a point of saying thank you to your team out at [Client site] today.  [Your installers] did a great job of making adjustments to [Manufacturer's] credenzas that have been plaguing us for a couple of months.  We have had them adjusted multiple times by union carpenters and still couldn’t get it up to the expectations of our client.  There were refrigerators, garbage can fronts, and standard cabinet doors that all had different style adjustments that were non-standard.  After receiving some adjustment guidance by [Manufacturer] and reaching out to SFI we were finally able to complete this task.  [Lead installer] was very meticulous in his adjustments and took the necessary time to ensure that when he left, the  job was complete.
